Biography:
Yoshinobu Matsuzaki is a Senior Engineer, at Internet Initiative Japan Inc.(IIJ/AS2497), a pioneering commercial ISP in Japan. He has a decade of experience at network operation at IIJ backbone network team. His areas of expertise include network design, network operation, network security and DNS. He has given numerous talks at JANOG, NANOG, RIPE and APNIC meetings and other workshops.

Biography:
Senior Research Engineer, Supervisor, Secure Communication Project Project, NTT Information Sharing Platform Laboratories.

He received the B.E. and M.E. in information science from Tokyo Institute of Technology, 1988 and 1990 respectively. In 1990, he joined the Software Laboratories, Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT), Tokyo, Japan. He has been studying IPv6 networking technology since 1997 and his current research subject is the operation and management of IPv6 networks and IPv4/IPv6 transition/co-existing technology. He has been co-chair of IPv6 deployment committee of Internet Association Japan since 2007. He is a member of the Information Processing Society of Japan (IPSJ) and the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM).

Biography:
Tao Chen graduated from the University of Science and Technology of China and has dedicated himself to IP allocation work in China mainland from 2003. IPv6 allocation policy, business and related research work are my interests. It is my pleasure to serve IPv6 SIG as a Co-chair.
