Payment information
APNIC's online registration form automatically selects the appropriate fee for your attendance category.

Credit card payments
Registration fees will be deducted from your credit card account in AUD when you complete the online payment via National Australia Bank secure payments. An email will be sent to you directly from National Australia Bank informing you of the status of your payment.
Registration fees are debited to APNIC Pty Ltd.
APNIC accepts:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- Diners Club
- American Express
APNIC cannot accept:
- EFTPOS
- Other debit cards
Credit card payments are secure:
- Payments are processed directly by National Australia Bank using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology
- Credit card numbers are protected with a high level of encryption when transmitted over the Internet
- APNIC does not have access to the customer's credit card details
Confirmation:
- If successful, National Australia Bank will confirm by email that your payment was completed
- If unsuccessful, National Australia Bank will advise you of this. If this happens, please use one of the other payment options to complete your registration.

Please fax the details of the wire transfer to APNIC and include your:
- Registration reference number
- Name
- Organisation
- Contact details (postal and e-mail address, telephone, and fax numbers)

Onsite payment
Payment of your meeting registration fees at the meeting site will be possible. By choosing this option, you are committing to attend the APNIC Open Policy Meeting and agreeing to make payment in full on registering for the meeting at the Christchurch Convention Centre, Christchurch, New Zealand. Payment must be made in cash with Australian Dollars or New Zealand Dollars.

Cancellation and refund policy
To cancel registrations:

Requests to cancel registrations must include:
- The delegate's name
- Organisation
- Contact details (postal and email address, telephone and fax numbers)
- Registration reference number
Percentage of registration fees refunded:
Date of cancellation Amount refunded Before 2 August 2008 100% 2-15 August 2008 50% After 16 August 2008 0%. However, a substitute delegate is welcome to attend in your place. Refunds will be processed within two working days; however, 'no shows' - those who simply fail to attend - will be charged the full amount.
We will confirm your refund by fax or e-mail.

Cancellation of meeting
If, for any reason, this event is cancelled, APNIC will refund in full all registration fees received.

APNIC liability
APNIC will not be liable under any circumstances for registrants' loss of airfares, accommodation deposits, or other associated costs, loss of or damage to property, or any costs relating to personal injury.
Similarly, if you are refused entry to the country for any reason, such as passport, customs or health issues, APNIC will not be liable for any resulting losses, financial or otherwise.
Insurance against all loss is the responsibility of each registrant.

Event audio/video recording and photography
During the training sessions and conferences, photographs may be taken by APNIC for use in their publications or other promotional material. In addition, many sessions are subject to video and audio recording for webcasting and archival purposes. By attending the sessions, you agree to allow APNIC the unrestricted right and permission to copyright and use, re-use, publish, and republish video and/or audio recordings, photographs or pictures of you or those in which you may be included.
