so you have a different process for dns than you do
for other data?

Three questions come to my mind.

Wouldn't now be a good time to start thinking of a new
system?? I see from things like the fee discussion
that stuff takes a very long time in the RIR and NIR
space to get done.

Maybe APNIC can clarify if the intent is to turn it
off tomorrow or guide people through some phased
transition?

Does "Bad for us" also cover you members? Are you
focusing on your processes or your members?

o.k. unfair question perhaps. let me re-word.
is the short term pain of a better way out of the
question given the longer term benefits?
