[WG-IRR] Mirroring Connect database

I'm at the stage where I'd like to start mirroring your data if I can. I'm
currently mirroring the Telstra data from rr.telstra.net port 43. I've
done that from both RIPE and Merit clients and in fact I've checked out
the four way matrix of permutations so I'm content it's workable.

I'd need access to an export of your data to prime the pump and
permissions to talk to your server from 202.12.29.129
