[Wg-ipv6-guide] Closing wg-ipv6-guide ML

Dear Colleagues,

Thanks for your interest in the IPv6 policy guideline WG. This WG was
closed in July 2004, however this ML has been open and we had some new
subscribers until now.

Due to avoid spammers from sending spam to this list and to reduce APNIC
system load, we will close this ML at APNIC's earliest convenience.
