Yes, we wish to publish this document at earliest reasonable
time. Please include your reference to the proposal in the guideline.

You can remove the parts which are duplicated with other APNIC
documents, however it may worth while including references to those
documents (i.e. Please see "APNIC-0xx" for details, etc..) in the
guideline, or on the web where this guideline document is located.
