Dear all,

Just after I posted my draft on "Closed networks", I found the
following APNIC document had been published on its website.

"APNIC allocation of global unicast IPv6 address space to
"unconnected" networks"

Please also refer to the document above, maybe my draft needs to be
reviewed in accordance with this document.
