RE: [Wg-ipv6-guide] (ToC11) Database Registration
Dear all,
This is Yong Wan Ju at KRNIC.
I am also not sure why do you limit DB access to IPv4 Internet.
And as you already know, DB data have managed hierachially based on
allocation & assignment of management system.
But we have experienced some difficulties having data newly in IPv4, so in
this context, we had better think about alternative idea in IPv6 to keep
whoisv6 data updated.
For example, in the case of NIRs, NIR had better take the responsiblity for
this and implement the mirroring system between RIR & NIR.
(As I know, even for IPv4, a few of NIRs have used the same way.)
For clear registration, how about describing the way like this ?
Sincerely yours,
Yong Wan Ju
