Dear All,

Please allow me to add some comments.

As Billy's post, he will be a main chair for ToC discussion and
ToC1-5. Akira and I will be for another part accordingly. This is in
order to share the workload among co-chairs, but subject to change
based on real workload.

Please keep reviewing ToC draft and let us know your comments.

If there's no comments in coming few days, we would like to start
discussion on what we need to describe in the guideline item by item.
