|    Doesn't this mean that although JPNIC does not know the relationship 
| between bandwidth estimation and the number of potential users, it 
| estimates that 30Mbps will hold nearly 500 users and 10Mbps will hold about 
| 250 users.  I think this means that JPNIC knows that 30Mbps will hold at 
| least 500 users in 3 months term considering the address allocation process.

several meetings among Cable Operators and IPwg members.


|    May I ask a question?  Since I am not familiar with cable technology, I 
| thought that cable modems are placed in every head end.  I think I saw 
| somewhere that average home passes per head end is 500.  Please correct me
