Let me clarify my point.
I'm now insisting on default IP block size at initial/
bootstrap phase that is
/23 for one 30Mbps downstream cable onto a CMTS port,
and it could be /24 for 10Mbps one,
instead of those of the last conclusion of wg-bb that was
/24 for one CMTS
