[sig-policy] Progress of Reservation of AS numbers for documentation purposes in the IETF

Further to Jari's message, I would like to note here that a proposal  
for IANA to record the reservation of AS numbers for documentation  
purposes in the AS Number registry (http://www.iana.org/assignments/as-numbers/ 
) has been submitted to the Inter-Domain Routing (IDR) Working Group  
of the IETF, and has been accepted as a working group document (http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-ietf-idr-as-documentation-reservation-00.txt 
).

If you have an interest in this topic, I invite you to review this  
proposal and send any comments you may have to the IDR mailing list (idr@ietf.org 
).
