Thanks for drafting the document. The following two parts still leave
descriptions based on /48 assignments. Perpaps they should be revised too?

2.7.  Utilization
   Unlike IPv4, IPv6 is generally assigned to end sites in fixed amounts
   (/48).
   ---> suggestion
        remove the whole sentence for consistency with the new policy

5.1.1.c)
   plan to provide IPv6 connectivity to organizations to which it
   will assign /48s, ... ... ....
   --> suggestion
       change "it will assign /48" --> "it will make assignments"
