APNIC seeks final comments on the following draft document:

This draft does not include any new policy decisions, but clarifies
the following existing policies:

   - The minimum IPv6 per address fee is equal to the fee payable
     for a /32 allocation
   - Historical resource transfers are not subject to the initial
     IP resource application fee

Nature of the document review

This is an editorial review only. The APNIC community has already reached
consensus on the policy issues which are to implemented.

Therefore, during the comment period, interested parties may:
  - object to the draft document on the grounds that it does not
    properly reflect the consensus decision reached in the Policy
    Review Process;
  - suggest improvements of any aspect of the document;
  - request that an additional call for comment be made to allow
    more consideration of substantial revisions.
