[sig-policy] PI assignments to endsites discussion

Colleagues,

Currently there are very relevant and interesting discussions taking place
in the ARIN ppml mailing list for proposals to be presented at the upcoming
ARIN XV meeting.

One in particular that's generating a lot of comments is Policy Proposal
2005-1: Provider Independent IPv6 Assignments for End-sites.
