  Hank, I have been an Apnic member longer than you have I believe.
I also know as do you, that your disgruntalness in behavior is well
documented.  Hence your warning seems to be more born of your
past digressions rather than born in any fact, which you did not
provide in this obvious renewal of said past errant behavior...

 Our members have clearly and without exception expressed
their concerns regarding some parts of this report during
earlier discussions.  That also is documented in the archives
of this forum...
