Re: [sig-policy]the size of sparse allocation

My personal question.

What would be a typical reservation size for large LIRs, say, with 1 million
subscribers, if the sparse allocation is implemented?

If the answer is around /20 or so, I guess /12 is OK for IANA-RIR allocation size.

Arano

Hi,

the outline of IPv6 sparse allocation policy proposal got consensus
in both SIG and AMM as I previously mailed.

One issue still remains about the size of allocation (from IANA to RIRs),
/8 or /12. Let's discuss this in this mailing list.
