Hello,NIR colleagues:

I am Tao Chen from CNNIC.

After our discussion,CNNIC would like keep the "prop-028-v001: Abolishing IPv6 per address fee for NIRs" active and 
continue to discuss with other APNIC member.

The change on the IPv6 per address fee is welcome,but it do not conflict with NIRs proposals.We should get more 
feedback from APNIC member at APNIC 20 OPM.
