Hi Izumi,
 
As we discussed to make "prop-028-v001: Abolishing IPv6 per address fee for NIRs",
we, NIRs, aleady know pros and cons of this proposal.

KRNIC of NIDA would like to keep it active for more comments and discussion 
with APNIC members at the 20th policy SIG.
 
However, KRNIC of NIDA will follow the majority, so please let us know
others' opinion.
