[sig-nir] Volunteer for Co-Chair

Dear Maemura-san and all,


I am Izumi Okutani from JPNIC and I would also like to volunteer
myself as a co-chair of NIR SIG.

Just to briefly introduce myself, I have been working in JPNIC since
2004, experienced hostmaster work for over 1 year, and currently
engaged in policy liaison, LIR trainings and communications in JPNIC
IP Department.

I believe NIR SIG is a very useful forum of exchanging information
about each NIRs' situation as well as discussing NIR specific issues.I
hope to contribute to the SIG and continue activating discussions.
