Yes, that's the case, which means we share the same broadcast domain for IPv4 and IPv6.
 
And, HKIX supports both MLPA and BLPA because HKIX is basically a layer 2 exchange but with a MLPA route server.  Mandatory MLPA only applies to Hong Kong routes.  :)
