If you are interested in IXPs you might want to read

and provide suitable response/guidance to the TRAI (Telecom Regulatory
Authority of India) as to the evolutionary steps required to make NIXI
actually function as a group of proper Internet Exchange Points for
India (or become yet another commercial for profit transit provider as
the document proposes).
