[SIG-IX] IX SIG futures and possible agenda topics

Hi everyone,

To give you an idea of the direction I'm hoping that the APNIC IX SIG can 
follow in the future, please take a look at the European IX Working Group 
agenda for the current RIPE meeting. Content along the following lines 
would be most welcome for the upcoming IX SIG meeting in Bangkok.

Naturally, all other suggestions are most welcome too....!
