How strong is the compliance regimen?

Is it just logo compliance or is it for the full banana?

Where I would consider 'full banana' to equal:
- address management 
- proxying/filtering as per standard service
- interoperability with main equipment types
- accounting capability
- reporting capability
- trouble shooting ability
- full fault management ability
- native support across applications
- multihoming support?
- etc ie all the full operator responsibilities

Is there any testing, checking or ???
