You might want to look at: http://www.sixxs.net/tools/grh/tla/apnic/
Which contains a per RIR, per prefix list.
RIPE has a whois based listing at: http://www.ripe.net/ipv6/ipv6allocs.html
Which also contains the IX prefixes and their assignments.
