Hello IPv6 guys,

Since time was running out in the session of IPv6 Technical SIG in
Korea, we could not discuss the charter at that time. And charter
change is a pending issue since then.

The old charter is:

	The charter of the IPv6 technical SIG is to review the status
	of IPv6 implementations, experimentation and testing around
	the region and raise various issues relating to IPv6.

On behalf of the IPv6 SIG chairs, we would like to propose a new
charter as follows:

	The charter of the IPv6 technical SIG is to share information
	on IPv6 deployment around the region and to review technical
	and engineering issues relating to IPv6.

Please send comments onto this ML by Feb 22 (Sun).

If there are no objections, this will be the new charter after Feb 23
(Mon).
