Call For Presentations on behalf of the IPv6 SIG chairs
16th APNIC Open Policy Meeting
19-22 August 2003
Seoul, Korea
Dear Colleague,
The IPv6 SIG meeting will be held in Seoul on Wednesday 20th August
(tentative), 2003 during the APNIC Open Policy Meeting. This SIG is an
open forum to discuss IPv6 technical issues within the Asia Pacific
region.
This e-mail is a request for contributions. Presentations of relevance
from anyone who is interested in IPv6 development and deployment issues
in the Asia Pacific region.
If you would like to take part in this SIG with a presentation, please
send your proposal to sig-ipv6@apnic.net cc'ing sig@apnic.net. To make
it easy to find your proposal, Subject: should be "IPv6 SIG
presentation proposal".

Subject: IPv6 SIG presentation proposal
Suggestions for a proposals should be sent no later than the 21st July
2003.
The proposal:
- should be relevant to this special interest group,
- be no more than 1000 words, and
- should describe your perspective on the topic including its pros/cons
from various aspects.
- should indicate the time required (a time limit of 10-15 minutes
per presentation will be set)
Status updates and informational presentations are of course also very
welcome. In this case, the above framework does not apply.
A guideline for presenters, which contains useful information, helpful
hints, and sample presentation templates is also available at:

Agenda slots will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis, so a
timely submission of your proposal would be welcome and to your
advantage.
