[sig-db] APNIC 22 DB SIG update

Dear colleagues,

The Database SIG this time did not receive sufficient content or issues
for discussion to warrant holding a DB SIG meeting during APNIC 22.
Other operational and informational presentations was held in APOPS and
IPv6 SIG.
All policy proposals was discussed in the Policy SIG.

The action item db-21-001 is now closed and there is no outstanding action
items for the DB SIG.
