[sig-db] APNIC 20 reminder - Call for proposals and presentations
Dear sig-db listers,
On behalf of the DB SIG chair this is a friendly reminder to those
preparing and were hoping to make presentations at the upcoming
Database SIG session during the APNIC 20 Open Policy meeting.
The DB SIG chair made a call for proposals and presentations on 14
June and can be viewed again at:

Just a key reminder:
If you would like to make a policy proposal to the DB SIG at the
meeting
in Hanoi, please submit your proposal by 10 August 2005, using the
online
form at:
http://www.apnic.net/cgi-bin/policy_proposal.pl
Alternatively you can send your proposal in text format to the DB SIG
Chair, cc'ing <sig@apnic.net>. Proposals will be forwarded to the
DB SIG
mailing list by the Secretariat. The Chair and Co-chair of the DB
SIG will
review the proposals.
People can present an informational presentation relevant to the DB
SIG by letting the SIG chair know early to secure a speaking slot.
There is no deadline date for informational presentations, however it
is on first come first served basis. Slides and material for this
preferably should be submitted for web mark-up a week before the
meeting.
