[sig-db] delaying discussion about the last proposal "a policy formirroring on IRR"

Dear SIG-db members,

  I am Junichi Matsumoto, one of presentators in the last APNIC OPM.
I have proposed a policy for mirroring on IRR, but this proposal could
not be reached consensus and be returned to the ML.

We didnt have posted for discussion yet.  Sorry for no comment about it.

We hear several comments for this proposal, and discussed among JPNIC 
IRR-planning Team.  As the result, we plan the implementation and the 
experimentation with Japanese Internet community.

Therefore, we decide to delay posting and discussing about this proposal
 in this ML.  When we conclude that this policy and implementation are much
 useful, then we again post the proposal with the report for further discussion.
We expect this delay would be by the next APNIC OPM.
