Gaurab, 22:44 ET I am getting (what appear to be) proper responses.
It's now working. It was not, when i sent out this e-mail, Friday late-night here in Kathmandu. That was around 5:40 British Time. It came back up on saturday afternoon when i checked again.
May be someone from APNIC can shed some light if there were any problems. I did read somewhere that brisbane was under some severe weather conditions and could have been power issues.
