Dear secretariat and all,

  Suggesting that the APNIC Executive council reached a consensus
on this or any other draft can in no reasonable or substantial manner
reflect the collective or majority of the APNIC regions interested
parties/stakeholders consensus.  Hence making a claim as to
such indirectly is at best misleading...
