Release of Portion of Escrow Funds to ICANN

Scott Bradner motioned that the ARIN Board of Trustees authorize the President to release $243,020.00 to ICANN. This represents 50%
of the funds that ARIN is holding in escrow pending the execution of a contract between the RIRs and ICANN. This was seconded by
Scott Marcus. The Chair called for vote in which the motion passed unanimously.
