Dear secretariat and all.,

  This is my second response to this announcement.

  The Web site/URL to which you refer for Whois v3,
www.apnic.net/whois-v3 is either  broken or does not
exist as stated. Could you perhaps have the proper URL
reference available or provide further more accurate
information?  Please advise.
