[Apnic-announce] Call for proposals to host APNIC 22 in 2006

Dear APNIC members and friends,

APNIC is pleased to call for proposals to host the 22nd APNIC Open  
Policy Meeting to be held in either August or September 2006. If your  
organisation is interested in hosting this meeting, please read the  
Call for Proposals document and lodge your expression of interest as  
soon as possible. The deadline for  proposals is 16 December 2005.

The APNIC Open Policy Meetings is a well established part of the  
Internet calendar, attracting influential industry professionals in a  
cooperative, open environment. Meeting hosts receive the positive  
exposure of being associated with a professional, well organised  
event that includes technical training, knowledge sharing, policy  
making, and global coordination. Meeting hosts are publicly seen as  
making a positive contribution to the service of the Asia Pacific  
Internet community.
