New chair for the DNS Operations SIG

Dear Colleague,

It is with pleasure that the APNIC Secretariat announces Joe Abley as
the new chair of the DNS Operations Special Interest Group (SIG).
Effective immediately, Joe will take up the position of chair, which was
vacated by Paul Gampe.

Please join us in welcoming Joe and thanking him for volunteering.
Thanks are also due to the outgoing chair, Paul Gampe, and to David
Conrad and David Lawrence for acting as interim chairs.
