Dear Colleagues,

There will be a series of policy 'proposal' papers presented at the
forthcoming APNIC Open Policy Meeting, being held in conjunction with
APRICOT 2003.

A list of the policy proposals is provided below. Synopses of the
proposals and the proposal presentations are also available on the
meeting website; links to the respective SIG agenda are listed below.

Please take some time to go through the proposals and raise any issues
or questions on the respective mailing lists. Instructions on
