In the APNIC Documents the following words have the corresponding meanings:

Term	Definition
Allocated Resource	Internet resources which have been allocated by The Company.
APNIC	A special committee established pursuant to Article 9.3 of APNIC Company’s Articles of Association, also referred to as the Special Committee.
The Company	APNIC Pty Ltd ACN 081 528 010, a non-profit company incorporated under Australian laws.
APNIC Document	The following specified documents: APNIC Document Review Policies and Procedures APNIC By-laws APNIC Definition Document Fee Schedule Policies for Address Space Management in the Asia Pacific Region Provisional IPv6 Assignment and Allocation Policy Document Standard APNIC Membership Agreement Other documents which are declared APNIC Documents by theconsensus of the members.
Applicant	In respect of a Membership, an organisation which hasapplied to be accepted as a Member of APNIC. In respect of a request for resource services, an organisation which has applied to for allocated resources.
By-laws	The document setting out the by-laws which govern theoperation of APNIC (including the meeting procedures andformalities).
Definition Document	Means this document which sets out the meaning ofdefinitions used in the APNIC Documents.
Fee Schedule	The document setting out the fees for various categoriesof Memberships.
Member	An Applicant who has been approved by The Company tobecome a member of APNIC.
Membership	Membership of APNIC.
Membership Agreement	An agreement to become a Member of APNIC.
Membership Date	The date of commencement of a Membership as is inserted byAPNIC on page one of that Member’s MembershipAgreement.
Membership Fee	The membership fees prescribed in the Fee ScheduleDocument;
Payment Date	The date on which APNIC receives the full and clearedApplication Fee, Renewal Fee, or any other fee.
Renewal Date	The date a Membership is renewed according to theprovisions of the relevant Membership Agreement.
Renewal Fee	The renewal fees prescribed in the Fee Schedule Document.
Resources	The resources and services which APNIC Company may fromtime to time provide to a Member or Lessee, including: the leasing of Internet Protocol numbers; inverse addressing on Network blocks; maintenance of network records; administration of Internet Protocol numbers; educational services.
Standard APNIC Membership Agreement	The document setting out the standard agreement forMembership between APNIC Company and a Member.
General Secretariat	The General Secretariat defined in APNIC’s By-laws.
